Use the Advanced Search in Library Catalog Search to limit your search to the Children's Literature collection.  It is easy to do keyword searching from there.  You can also visit the collection and search the shelves with these call numbers to browse books about geography.

National Geographic Society's Glossary

Full color physical maps, political maps as well as key facts and
statistics on countries of the world.

National Geographic Teaching Resources
The Activities sections are especially relevant. Opportunities for
using narrative children's literature in the mapping storybooks activity
(including storybook titles conducive to this type of activity).
