PubMed Search Tip

Need to easily find information about a drug that is established but is now being used in new ways?  Use the MeSH term Drug Repositioning. It includes "drug rescue" and "drug repurposing" as well. For a more thorough search, consider adding keywords such as: agent*, molecul*, repurpos*, reposition*, rescue, recycling.

Drug Repositioning is an Emtree term in Embase as well.
