    The UM Library's Searchpath is a series of tutorials designed to help you understand the Library. Here you will find tutorials on how to use the Library catalog, how to use article databases, where to find tools and resources for citing articles and more.


The collections in the Art, Architecture and Engineering Library (AAEL) support the research and teaching of the University of Michigan School of Art & Design. The AAEL collects heavily in art and design materials dealing with contemporary art with the strongest emphasis on the 1960s to the present. The Art and Design Field Librarian, Annette Haines, has her office located in the Art and Architecture Building across the street from the AAEL. Her services include instruction, in-classroom assistance, individual consultations and purchasing of art and design materials for the AAEL. Please contact her if you need assistance.
