Many library databases have a "cite" function that will automatically format a specific citation, and that will allow you to copy that formatted citation into your paper. There are a few free online tools to automatically generate a citation for books, journals, newspapers and more in APA, MLA, or Chicago style. Again, check your citations against the proper style guidelines to correct any errors.
