The Cochrane Library is published monthly and includes reviews and protocols relevant to health promotion and public health. Some of these will be published by CPH and some will be published by other Review Groups within the Collaboration, depending on topic scope.

What Works for Health provides communities with information to help select and implement evidence-informed policies, programs, and system changes that will improve the variety of factors we know affect health.

This toolkit, from the American Academy of Family Physicians, includes tools and resources training in: implicit bias; creating a culture of health equity; identification of local resources for social needs; and strategies to engage with communities to address underlying drivers of health inequities.

Collection of evidence-based findings of the Community Preventive Services Task Force (Task Force). It is a resource to help you select interventions to improve health and prevent disease in your state, community, community organization, business, healthcare organization, or school.

Evidence-based resources (EBRs) are reviews of published intervention evaluations or studies that have evidence of effectiveness, feasibility, reach, sustainability, and transferability. Federal subject matter experts with different backgrounds and areas of expertise identified the Healthy People 2030 EBRs.
