Catalog of the available GIS data that the State of Michigan provides for Internet access.

The University Library Digital Spatial Data Catalog
This is a searchable collection of descriptions, or metadata, of data that are designed for use with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software. Each record includes information on how to obtain the data, e.g., a link to the Library's online Spatial Data Server or a Library call number. Access to metadata records is unrestricted. Access to some data sets is restricted.

U-M Library: Spatial and Numeric Data Services (SAND)
The University Library's Spatial and Numeric Data Services (SAND) provides assistance with spatial data, numeric data, and statistics or the University of Michigan community. SAND offers two labs, Central - located in 203 Hatcher Graduate Library, and North - located in the Spatial Analysis Lab (room 1241) of the Art and Architecture Building.
