Introduction to the collection:
By searching our library catalog, patrons can find maps, atlases, and select databases of geospatial data and information. We do however encourage users to visit the Clark Library on the second floor of the Hatcher Library in order to access the entire collection and benefit from the expertise of the library staff. Materials from our collection are available to view upon request, with the help of reference services at our front desk. Please see our Finding Map Resources guide for more information about searching.
Catalog Search results will include everything in the University of Michigan Library physical collection (books, audio, video, maps, musical scores, archival materials, and more), as well as materials available online such as electronic books, streaming audio and video, and online journals.
Use Library Search to see results from the catalog, articles, databases, online journals and library website pages.
