Columbia Gazetteer of the World A fully searchable, encyclopedic database of over 165,000 geographical places and features of all kinds. Lists names, descriptions, and characteristics including information on population, agriculture, industry, services, climate, and relief.
Available to all users.
Sanborn Maps 1867-1970 Detailed maps of downtown areas of U.S. cities. These are b&w scans of the microfilm copies of the original maps held by the Library of Congress. They show building footprints, house numbers and name commercial buildings.
