Not sure where to start your search? Try Library Search to see results from the catalog, articles, databases, online journals and library website pages.
Use Library Articles Search to located scholarly and popular articles, as well as reference works and materials from open access archives.
Catalog Search results will include everything in our physical collection (books, audio, video, maps, musical scores, archival materials, and more), as well as materials available online such as electronic books, streaming audio and video, and online journals. Looking for a specific newspaper, magazine or journal? Check the library's coverage of a particular periodical/source (i.e., a newspaper, magazine, news outlet, etc.) by looking up the title in the library catalog. From the drop-down menu, choose "Journal/Serial name" and search for the title. For example, you can view the catalog record for the New Orleans Times-Picayune here. The "holdings" tab tells you that we have electronic access to this newspaper through several different databases, with different dates of coverage. |
